????The 1st National Agricultural Park of China Qingdao Dianzi National Agricultural Park laid cornerstone in Pingdu recently and started construction. The project with the aim of building itself into national rural tourism model is planed to cover an area of 172 square kilometers. The total investment is about CNY 7 billion. The Qingdao Dianzi National Agricultural Park is located in the Dianzi town of Pingdu. Its space plan is One Vertical and One Horizontal, 3 Zones Integrated. One Horizontal is agricultural culture experience belt centered with Shuangshan River; One Vertical is the modern agricultural show belt based on provincial road No.219. 3 zones means a comprehensive experience-featured core model zone, agricultural industry-supported industry leading zone, and integrated-development-featured radiation zone. Phase I project of the model zone will be built jointly by Shenzhen Ironman Eco Environmental Company and Pingdu government. The project with a planned investment of CNY 0.5 billion will be built through PPP mode and is expected to be done in 2018. (Zhou Wei)
